Effective Date: May 20, 2026 | Last Updated: May 20, 2026 Scratchers Paradise LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates the Scratchers Paradise website (scratchersparadise.com), mobile applications for iOS and Android, AI chatbot, notifications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Scratchers Paradise LLC. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via email or in-app notice). Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use the Services in your location. Lottery participation is restricted by law in many areas — our Services are for informational and analytical purposes only.

3. Accounts and User Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to:
  • Create multiple accounts.
  • Share account access.
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to harass others.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our data collection or systems.

4. Services and Disclaimers

Scratchers Paradise provides analytics, expected value (EV), ROI calculations, prize tracking, historical trends, AI recommendations, and notifications for US state lottery scratch-off games. All data is collected from publicly available state lottery websites and is provided on a "best efforts" basis.

Critical Disclaimers

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state lottery organization.
  • Lottery outcomes are random and governed by chance. We make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, winning tickets, or future results.
  • Our analytics, recommendations, and AI outputs are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or guarantees of any kind.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding lottery ticket purchases. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Services.
  • Prize data, odds, and remaining tickets can change rapidly and may contain errors. Data may not reflect real-time changes — there may be delays between when a state lottery updates its data and when our Services reflect those changes. Always verify with official state lottery sources.
  • We do not guarantee that our data collection will always succeed or that data will be available for every game or state at all times. Some states or games may have limited or no data.
  • We strive for accuracy but provide the Services AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features (full AI chatbot access, personalized notifications, game recommendations, expanded saved games, and more) require a paid subscription.

Pricing

  • Monthly: $4.99 per month (recurring).
  • Annual: $47.90 per year (approximately 20% savings).
Current pricing is always displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers. We may offer promotional pricing or trials at our discretion. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of signup.

Billing

  • Web subscriptions: Processed via Stripe.
  • In-app subscriptions (iOS): Processed via Apple App Store.
  • In-app subscriptions (Android): Processed via Google Play.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime:
  • Web: Via your account settings or billing portal.
  • iOS: Via Apple App Store subscription settings.
  • Android: Via Google Play subscription settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period. You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

  • Web subscriptions (Stripe): No refunds for partial billing periods. All web sales are final.
  • In-app purchases: Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are governed by the respective store's refund policies.

Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.

Payment Authorization

You authorize us (or the respective app store) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Apple App Store Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA regarding the licensed application, Apple's EULA shall govern.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data analytics, AI outputs, designs, and software are owned by Scratchers Paradise LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Use the Services to promote gambling in jurisdictions where illegal.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our data or analytics.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security, or subscription gating.
  • Use automated tools to access the Services beyond normal usage.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our data collection logic or proprietary analytics algorithms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription as described above. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but certain provisions (disclaimers, limitation of liability, arbitration) survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRATCHERS PARADISE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or $100 if no payment was made).

10. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your relationship with us (including breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
  • Arbitration will be conducted in Illinois (or another mutually agreed location).
  • The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • You and we agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only — no class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
  • Small claims court actions (if qualifying) are exempt.
  • This arbitration agreement survives termination of these Terms.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@scratchersparadise.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of binding arbitration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any non-arbitrable disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scratchers Paradise LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, internet outages, changes to state lottery websites, third-party service failures, government actions, or cyberattacks.

15. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scratchers Paradise LLC regarding the Services.
  • If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force and effect.
  • No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
